Day 1: Yangon

Arrival to Yangon international airport. Transfer to hotel and free. Overnight at Yangon.

Day 2: Yangon

Morning breakfast at the hotel visit Yangon.  Yangon is the most important commercial city in Myanmar. Stroll around India quarter from Sule pagoda to Theingyi market through Strand road to Mago road pass Synagoue and visit morning vegetable market which is beside Theingyi marker where one can see Myanmar daily food, snack and sweet that you can not find at elegant restaurant. Then visit Sule pagoda,  Bogyoke market which is the most popular shopping center in Yanogn, Nanthida port to take ferry boat which cross Yangon river that join between Yanogn and Dala, by taking ferry boat for 15 minutes one can realize about Myanmar transportation system and real life of urban people near by big Yangon city, stroll around Kandawgyi park and finally visit Shwedagon pagoda that is the most venerable pagoda in Myanmar. Overnight at Yangon.

Day 3:    Yangon – Kyaik Hti Yoe

Morning breakfast at the hotel and drive to Kyaik Hti Yoe (about4 hours). When you arrived to the base of the mountain (Kin Pun camp) leaves your car and baggage and takes   track (public transportation) for one hour and arrive to the top of the mountain. All truck go to the top of  Mountain. Then excursion to Golden Rock, which is one of the three important places in Myanmar. Overnight at Golden Rock Mountain.

You are going to sleep one night on Golden Rock Mountain. You need to prepare small bag for one night stop. Big luggage can leave at hotel in Yangon.

Day 4:   Kyaik Hti Yoe – Bago – Yangon

Morning breakfast at the hotel and go down to the base of the mountain as the same way and take your car and drive back to Bago. On the way visit Rubber plantation to observe how local people produce Rubber sub  from Rubber tree. Visit fishermen village where they produce dry fish and salty fish. Upon arrival to Bago visit Shwe Maw Daw pagoda that is the highest stupa in Myanmar, 56m long reclining Buddha, Kyaik Pun pagoda with 4 sitting Buddha images, Kyat Kha Wine monastery. Then drive back to Yangon and overnight at Yangon.

Day 5 : Yangon fly to Lashio drive to Thibaw

Transfer to airport and fly to Lashio. Unpon arrival to Lashio drive to Thibaw (one hour). Overnight at  Thibaw.

Day 6:  Trekking around Thibaw overnight at the village

Around Thibaw there are many routes to trek. One can take soft route as well as hard route. Trekking around Thibaw is so nice for landscape High Mountain and beautiful rice fields, pine apple garden, tealeaf plantation, visit Shan villages, and have an exciting experience sleeping together with local tribe. Morning breakfast at the hotel and start to trek about 8 o’clock in the morning. It is necessary to prepare small back with things that is necessary for one day. Being raining season, it is better to bring a pair of dress in the bag, if your clothes get wet during your first day trekking, raincoat, walking shoes, warm jacket, towel, mosquitoes repellant and sun block.
We will pass and visit many Shan villages, about 13:30 we will arrive to Pan Kham Palaung village. We will have lunch. After lunch, we will visit Pan Kham Palaung village, their tea leaf plantation and visit around the Palaung Village. We will stop at one of the local family’s houses. Overnight at local family house.

Day 7:  Trekking back to Thibaw and drive back to Mandalay

Morning breakfast at the village and trek back to Thicbaw. Upon arrival to Thibaw, drive to Mandalay. Overnight at Mandalay.

Day 8: Mingun and Mandalay

Morning breakfast at the hotel and transfer to jetty and take the boat to Mingun. It takes one hour. Mingun is small village which is situated on the western bank of Ayeyarwady River. Visit Pathodawgyi pagoda, the world biggest bell and Monument of love . Then go back to Mandalay by boat. In the afternoon visit corner of 22nd street and Ayeyarwaddy River called view point in which one can see relay hard life of bamboo makers, gold leave production, Shwenandaw Monastery; ex-palace, Kuthodaw pagoda; the world biggest book and finally go up to the top of Mandalay Hill to admire the panoramic view over the city and Shan Mountain around Mandalay

Day 9:    Mandalay-Bagan

Morning breakfast at the hotel. Drive to Bagan(4 hours). On the way enjoy beautiful landscape of rural area. Visit U Bein bridge which is the longest wooden bridge in the world, visit to the village in which all villagers do different kinds of product make of clay, visit to toy maker village. After short drive visit to the village where villager produce different kinds of ornament made of petrified wood. Then  proceed to Bagan. Upon arrival to Bagan check in at hotel. Overnight at Bagan.

Day 10: Bagan

Morning breakfast at hotel and visit Bagan. Bagan is archeological zone of Myanmar as well as land of Pagodas. Morning visit Ngakwengadaung pagoda which has bulboo shape and the oldest pagoda of Bagan and around that place one can see evolution of Myanmar stupa, Pathothamya temple in which you can see amazing lighting system and beautiful painting, Nyaung U authentic market, Soya bean maker at Nyaung U village, fan maker family, Shwezigon pagoda in which white elephant stopped, Ananda temple which is known as the most beautiful temple in Bagan, Sulamani temple where you can see two layers of painting from two different epoca, Shwesandaw pagoda which is the best place to enjoy panorama during sunset time. Overnight at Bagan.

Day 11 : Yangon – Heho- Pindaya-Kalaw

Transfer to airport and fly to Heho. Upon arrival to Heho drive to Pindaya (one and half hour from short way), on the way to Pindaya, enjoy beautiful landscape and one can stop at the village of Pao/Danu tribe. Visit Pindaya every five days market, Pindaya cave: collection of 8000 Buddha, umbrella workshop by using bamboo and paper from bark of marbery tree. Then drive to Kalaw. Overnight at Kalaw.

Day 12:   Trekking to Patupauk village

Morning breakfast at the hotel. Then drive to the base of the mountain where you start to trek. It takes about two hours to arrive the first destination where you will have light lunch. Then trek about 2/3 hours to Patupauk village (Pao tribe) where you sleep. Sleep at local family

Day 13:   Trekking to Indein drive to hotel

Morning breakfast at the local family house  and start to trek to   Indein (5 hours). On the way you can visit Pao tribe villages. Upon arrival to Indein, take rest and visit ruins of Shwe Inn Dein then  take the boat and drive to hotel. Overnight on lake / at Nyaung Shwe

Day 14 : Inlay lake

Morning breakfast at the hotel, visit every five days market Visit Phaung Daw Oo pagoda: temple of 5 buddha images, floating villages, floating garden, sigar workshop, canoe trip at Pauk Pa village. Pauk Pa village is Intha (tribe) village, Intha means, “son of the lake”. They live with long leg house, it is really exciting to use their local transport (canoe), which is narrow and long enough for tow passengers and one leg rower. They use canoe when they work on floating island so it is narrow and long. Leg rower will bring you to visit their village it takes one hour. Overnight on the lake

Day 15:   Inlay lake-Yangon

Transfer to airport and fly to Yangon. Wait for connection flight at Yangon international airport.
